About Passpoint
Passpoint was built by Augustine Bello to close the gap between traditional accountancy and expensive strategy work.
Most SME owners can get historic reporting or broad advice. What they often cannot get is timely, commercially grounded guidance on cash, operations, and growth, delivered in plain English and at a price that makes sense.
The work is deliberately specific. Rather than vague strategic language or generic recommendations, Passpoint focuses on what is happening inside the business now, where value is being lost, and what the next sensible move should be.
We work with UK businesses that want calmer decisions, clearer numbers, and operational insight that can actually be used. The goal is not to produce more paperwork. It is to help owners see their business more clearly and act with more confidence.
How We Work
Recommendations should connect to your numbers, your team, and your operating reality. If advice cannot be tied back to the actual shape of the business, it is not useful enough.
Insight only helps if it arrives while there is still time to act. Passpoint is designed to give founders clarity early enough for it to change decisions, not just explain them afterwards.
The aim is to make complex financial and operational questions easier to understand. That means sharper thinking, fewer layers of jargon, and a more obvious next step.
