Passpoint Consulting Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. We may collect your name, email address, and business information submitted through our diagnostic form. We also log IP address information where needed for consent records and service security.
We process this information to generate diagnostic reports, schedule consultations, communicate about your enquiry or purchase, and deliver the services you request from Passpoint.
Our legal bases for processing are contract performance where we need your data to provide a requested service, legitimate interests where we need to operate and improve the business responsibly, and consent where you choose to receive marketing communications.
Diagnostic data is retained for 24 months from the date of last engagement. After that point, it is permanently deleted unless we are required to keep limited information for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons.
We only share personal data with named service providers where it is necessary to operate the service. This includes Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email delivery. We do not sell your personal data.
